Sometimes I get bored of the same old lemon and olive oil salad dressing, but it is so hard to find a satisfying dressing that is low in fat and dairy free! For this reason, I came up with this delicious dairy-free and low-fat creamy honey mustard dressing, which I think goes perfectly with this particular salad. Dressing
- 2 Tbsp.’s Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. organic raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
GrilledĀ Salmon Salad
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 handful baby tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 pieceĀ grilled salmon (Just grill on a pan with some olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper and garlic!)
First, mix together the dressing ingredients. Then, put together the salad and top with the dressing- devour for lunch or dinner!
