Hi Angel! I’m Rachel- Wellness Embodiment Coach, Nutrition Scientist, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga & Meditation teacher and founder of The Full Life by Rachel. After years of struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, debilitating OCD, being stuck in toxic and abusive relationships for way too long, and an overall unhealthy relationship with myself, I decided that there was so much more to life and I wanted to give myself the chance to live the life I’ve always dreamed of. After embarking on a wellness, healing, manifestation, spiritual and self-love journey, and finally healing my relationship with myself on a mind body and soul level- EVERYTHING changed. I healed my relationship with food & my body. I manifested my dream relationship and dream friendships. I broke free from toxic cycles, patterns and habits I was stuck in for so long. I found my purpose & my power and fully stepped into it. I found natural ways to support my mental health & heal from years of trauma, abuse and mental anguish. I healed my relationship with money and found an effortless way to attract abundance. I literally created my dream life and I want the same for YOU!

I created The Full Life to help YOU embody TRUE wellness- on a mind, body and soul level. I truly believe that once we heal our relationship with ourselves and become an embodiment of wellness on every level, everything else in our life naturally changes for the better. Our life is a direct reflection of the relationship we have with ourselves, and manifesting your dream life becomes almost effortless when we truly love ourselves and are aligned with the most authentic, FULL version of us.

Life is too short and too beautiful to spend it on fad diets, being at war with your body, feeling mentally/spiritually/& physically sick, being in toxic &/or abusive relationships, staying in jobs that don’t light you up, and playing it small. You deserve to meet the most full version of you and live your life to the absolute fullest!!

My Philosophy

I believe that everyone’s body works differently, and that no diet is one size fits all. What works for one person might not work for someone else, and it’s so important that we tune in to our bodies and listen to what it’s asking for. I also don’t believe in any fad diets or labeling; both lead to restriction which I am completely against. I believe in eating a balanced diet filled with colorful, organic, unprocessed, real, healthy foods from every food group, as well as the occasional treat. I eat healthy 80% of the time, and treat myself the other 20%, which I believe is necessary in order to live a happy, enjoyable, and balanced lifestyle.

I, personally, eat 4-5 small meals a day, and each of my meals and snacks contain a healthy source of protein, fat, and carbs. I eat mostly plants, but I also eat good quality eggs, fish, chicken and dairy products. I don’t eat/drink refined sugar, gluten, refined carbs, alcohol, or anything fried on a regular basis, but I also make sure that I treat myself a few times a week. I make all of my meals and snacks from scratch in my own home, but I also eat out a few times a week. I don’t restrict myself completely from ANY food group/item, and ever since doing so, I have been craving/wanting unhealthy foods less and less. It took me years to finally find the right diet for my body, and I strongly encourage experimenting until you find yours!

When people hear the world “healthy”, they usually think of the words “boring”, “uninteresting”, “bland” or “not tasty”, but this is so not true! Eating healthy means not giving up any of your favorite foods, but rather learning how to make healthier versions of them, which is my true passion. I want to show all of you how delicious, fun, and rewarding a healthy lifestyle can be. Food should be used as medicine, but it should also be enjoyable.

Eating healthy foods is extremely important, but doing that alone won’t make you happier or healthier. I also strongly encourage finding an enjoyable exercise routine, meditating daily, practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, resting on a regular basis, getting rid of toxic people and situations in your life, staying true to yourself, pursuing your passions and spending time with the people you love.

Move your body, sleep eight hours a night, meditate, make time for the people and things you love, laugh, nourish your body and mind, develop a healthy relationship with food and yourself, eat colorful, clean, real foods and you will feel your best- I promise you. <3

  • This year was a big one for me. For the first time ever, I shifted out of survival mode and really LIVED. I slowed down, reconnected to the things that bring me joy, and felt peace in my nervous system that I haven’t felt in years.

I committed fully to my business. I made more money than I ever have and supported myself comfortably solely through my business which is HUGE (!!). I worked with the most incredible clients. Hosted my first full-day women’s wellness retreat. Dove deeper into my inner work. Started a new life in a new city. Traveled to Madrid which was a dream of mine for years. Hired employees for the first time ever!!! Spent more time alone than ever reconnecting with myself. It was a really beautiful year.

But still, as I sit here reflecting on it all, there’s a part of me that still feels like i didn’t do enough. A part of me that feels sad and confused and lost. I also just haven’t felt like myself in weeks. So I want you to know that it’s okay if you don’t feel really great during this time of year. If you don’t feel like you have it all together-whatever that means. If you’re grieving or feel anxious or depressed or lonely or confused. I think there’s a lot of pressure during this time of year to have things all figured out, to have accomplished everything we wanted to, or to be super happy. & I want you to know that it’s okay to give yourself permission to be where you’re at. To feel your feelings, whatever they are. 💗
  • & if you keep waiting for some perfect version of yourself to find self-love, you’ll be waiting forever. ✨

The true path to self-love isn’t about changing yourself or “finding yourself”- it’s about learning to love your most authentic self, just as you are.
  • It’s REALLY easy to feel disconnected from yourself during the holidays, whether it’s because this is a difficult time & your anxiety/depression/loneliness has taken over OR because you’re spending it with family & friends and things are super busy & chaotic. Either way, taking a few minutes out of your day today to tend to yourself is essential if you want to enjoy this season to the fullest. 💗

Here are some easy ways to tend to yourself this holiday season-
1) Take 5 minutes to close your eyes, put one hand over your heart & one hand over your belly, and take some deep breathes. My favorite soothing breathing pattern is inhaling for a count of 4 and exhaling for a count of 8
2) Move your body for 15 minutes- go for a walk (if it’s not too cold!!), do some deep stretches at home, or have a dance party in the living room ;))
3) Drink a large cup of water and take your vitamins!
4) Go somewhere quiet and give yourself a hug to soothe your nervous system 🫶🏼
5) Take ten minutes to journal about what feelings are coming up for you during this time of year. Having a safe space to release our feelings and acknowledge them without trying to “fix” anything can be so healing.
6) Take a little break from family & friends by going to Starbucks and picking up your favorite holiday drink, sipping on it slowly and enjoying every moment of your alone time.

These are just some of my favorites! Let me know how you’re tending to yourself today in the comments below 💗
