Recipe
- 1/2 cup brussels sprouts, chopped up
- 2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1-2 tbsp avocado oil or sesame oil
- 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- black pepper to taste
- a drizzle of coconut syrup or honey (optional)
Directions
Simply saute everything together on a pan until brussels and jalapenos are slightly crispy- enjoy!
