Recipe

  • 1/2 cup brussels sprouts, chopped up
  • 2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil or sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • black pepper to taste
  • a drizzle of coconut syrup or honey (optional)

Directions

Simply saute everything together on a pan until brussels and jalapenos are slightly crispy- enjoy!
