This bowl literally tastes like mint chip ice cream- it’s so good and SO healthy for you! See? You CAN still eat ice cream for breakfast on a healthy diet:) Enjoy xx
Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 1/2 frozen banana
- a handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp green powder (spirulina or a mixture of different greens! I used Paleo Pro’s which has organic hemp seed protein, alfalfa, kale, spirulina powder, natural vanilla flavoring and stevia leaf extract)
- Tbsp stevia and tsp vanilla extract (if your green powder doesn’t have this in it already)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- crushed ice
Blend everything together and top with cacao nibs, blueberries, pepitas, goji berries and pomegranate seeds!
