Banana & Cashew Butter Smoothie Bowl
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 heaping tbsp cashew butter
- 1-2 tbsp’s vanilla protein powder (I used Sprout Living’s vanilla lucuma plant based protein powder)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- dash of cinamon
- dash of stevia
Blend everything together until smooth and top with berries, shredded coconut and Steve’s Paleo Goods grainless granola
