Homemade granola is a staple in my house, since I will no longer, ever ever touch store bought granola again! Granola is so simple to make at home and it comes out so much tastier than the store-bought versions which have way too much sugar, oil, and unnecessary ingredients.
I love having granola around at all times that I can use to sprinkle on top of a smoothie, yogurt, or enjoy with some banana mylk or coconut milk- it’s definitely a breakfast must!
This pumpkin granola goes with pretty much everything and is packed with healthy fats, which is why I love it so much; I hope you feel the same!
Recipe
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp’s pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp’s maple syrup
- few sprinkles of cinnamon
- touch of Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, mix together ingredients in a bowl, pour over a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Take out, let cool for about ten minutes, break into clusters and enjoy!
