Banana Tahini Smoothie Bowl

My two favorite things in the world would probably have to be bananas and tahini- I am just so obsessed with both, which is why this smoothie bowl is one of my breakfast favs!

This breakfast bowl is the perfect combo of complex carbs, good fats, and protein, and will keep you full and satisfied for hours. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 🙂

Recipe

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 non-frozen banana
  • 1 heaping tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp date honey
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I use vega sport French Vanilla) -optional
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Blend all ingredients together and top with toppings of your choice- I usually use buckwheat groats, pepitas, berries, dates and coconut
