• Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl

    This bowl literally tastes like mint chip ice cream- it’s so good and SO healthy for you! See? You CAN still eat ice cream for breakfast on a healthy diet:) Enjoy xx

    Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl Recipe

    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • a handful of fresh mint leaves
    • 1 tbsp cashew butter
    • 1 tbsp green powder (spirulina or a mixture of different greens! I used Paleo Pro’s which has organic hemp seed protein, alfalfa, kale, spirulina powder, natural vanilla flavoring and stevia leaf extract)
    • Tbsp stevia and tsp vanilla extract (if your green powder doesn’t have this in it already)
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • crushed ice

    Blend everything together and top with cacao nibs, blueberries, pepitas, goji berries and pomegranate seeds!
