I could literally eat cauliflower everyday..it is definitely one of my favorite vegetables! I’m always coming up with new ways to enjoy this veggie, and I created this yummy combo last night. Even non-cauliflower lovers will enjoy this recipe- I promise! xx
Roasted Cauliflower with Za’atar and Purple Onion
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 4 Tbsp’s olive oil
- 1 Purple/red onion
- 2-3 Tbsp’s za’atar
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat anĀ oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Cut the cauliflower into little florets and lay out on a baking tray. Chop the purple onion and lay out on the baking tray as well. Sprinkle everything with salt, pepper, za’atar spice and olive oil. Put in the oven for about 40 minutes (or until a bit crispy). Remove and enjoy! You can also add in some goat cheese or feta cheese- goes super well with this
