Why You Should Be Taking Magnesium- ft. Natural Vitality


I don’t believe in taking a ton of supplements, but for me, a daily pill or tbsp of Natural Vitality magnesium is an absolute must!

Magnesium re-mineralizes teeth and alkalizes the body- therefore, it plays an extremely important role in the health of your teeth and the overall health of your body and its PH balance.

These are just some of the incredible properties of magnesium- the list goes on and on! I personally really love it for it’s ability to calm me down in the morning and before I go to bed.

Magnesium can be found in foods such as bananas, soy, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and black beans, but it is very difficult to obtain enough magnesium from food alone- that’s why 70% of women and 80% of men are deficient!
