My boyfriend and I came up with this recipe this past weekend when I was teaching him how to cook:) It’s so simple and refreshing- the perfect side salad! Enjoy xxx
Recipe
- 4-5 Campari or large heirloom tomatoes
- 5 olives
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- 2 tbsp.’s balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Thinly sliced the tomatoes, basil leaves, and garlic clove and lay out on a small salad dish. Then chop up the olives into small pieces and add on top. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper on top.
