I like to switch it up! Some weeks I go to the gym 3x a week and weight-train, then go on walks for the other 2 or 3 days. Some weeks I like to go to hot 8 2x a week, then I’ll stick to yoga at love and walks the other days. I typically workout 5 or 6 days a week. It’s always different but my favorites are weight-training and stair master at the gym, long walks in nature, hikes, swimming laps, hot 8 yoga and love yoga <3
