    Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts with Crunchy Sunflower Seeds

    • 1 cup brussels sprouts, cut in half
    • 2-3 tbsp’s avocado oil
    • 2 tsp’s balsamic vinegar
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp’s sunflower seeds

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the brussels sprouts out on a baking tray and top with avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 20 minutes, remove, and add in the sunflower seeds. Cook for 5 more minutes, remove, and enjoy!
