Pumpkin Spiced Latte

I am obsessed with pumpkin spiced lattes, but I am definitely not obsessed with the ingredients in most of them! Most pumpkin spiced lattes contain loads of sugar, fat, and artificial ingredients, so I always prefer making my own at home. This version contains the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor and is perfectly sweetened. I also added some “Brain Dust” from Moon Juice  for an extra pick me up! Join me and ditch the Starbucks latte for this delicious version instead:)

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Stevia
  • dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 tbsp Moon Juice “Brain Dust” (can substitute with 1 Tsp maca powder & 1 Tsp Lucuma powder)
  • 1 espresso shot (decaf or regular)

Blend the first 6 ingredients together and pour over your espresso shot. Can warm in the microwave if you want it hot- enjoy!
