Recipe

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2 tsps chocolate protein powder (I use vega-one)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • crushed ice
